Our team will work with the insurance adjuster to ensure the claim is filed properly and accurately. We will ensure the project stays on time and on budget by communicating with the client every step of the way.
Job summary
DRYmedic® Restoration Services is currently in search of a diligent and dedicated Contents Restoration Foreman to become an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities
- Manages Lead Technician on site
- Evaluate personal property at loss site
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all techs on job site comply (PPE etc.)
- Assign and supervise Lead Technicians, Technicians and Crew
- Create game plan for the Pack Out and direct technicians during Pack Out with Lead Technicians assistance
- Communicate with homeowner the Pack Out/Pack Back Production
- Communicate what items are considered a Total Loss
- Proper communication of details on job site daily by utilizing notes in DASH
- Self-perform assigned tasks specific to job production
- Competency in evaluating contents for damage, and determining whether the items are salvageable or not
- Notating what happens on site, if damage was incurred, or conversations with the homeowner
- Complete ‘Authorization to Dispose’ form to present to homeowner before content disposal and obtain a signature and non-compliance
- Proper communication and completion of details on job site daily by utilizing notes in DASH
- Completes compliance and job tasks in DASH
- Properly load and label photos in DASH
- Take production photos
- Monitor onsite job progress/Oversees multiple sites and check up on Lead Technicians
- Document production progress and Pack Out/Pack Back completion photos
- Teach/Assist Technicians in Pack Out/Pack Back production: evaluating and documenting contents as replace/clean/storage, loading/unloading trucks, cleaning/stocking vehicles
- Assists in performance management discussion and training for all Lead Technicians and Technicians
- Collects hours/material sheets and checks Lead Technicians paperwork
- Check over production, behavior, documentation, and stocking of team
- Promotes teamwork and efficiency
Qualifications
- Must have Valid Drivers' License
- Must pass background check
- Must have reliable transportation to office
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
- Use Email and other software
- Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
- Working in a team environment
- Working in tight or confined spaces
Pay range: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour with bonus based on performance
Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
