Job Summary
Join DRYmedic® Restoration Services as a Contents Production Coordinator, with a goal to grow into an Estimator role. You will oversee DASH production tasks and ensure compliance, support estimators, manage scheduling, and maintain departmental records. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional customer service during property restoration projects.
Job Summary

You will oversee DASH production tasks and ensure compliance, support estimators, manage scheduling, and maintain departmental records. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional customer service during property restoration projects.
Responsibilities
DASH Production & Estimator Compliance
- Keep DASH production tasks, notes, and deadlines up to date to ensure compliance.
- Follow up with the Project Manager (PM) when information is missing or issues arise.
- Notify PMs or the Director when key production information is missing (vaults, PPE, compliance tasks, etc.).
- Support PMs with file updates and production needs.
- Collaborate with the Office Coordinator to flag issues for correction or follow-up.
- Audit job files regularly for department compliance.
- Upload and enter PM-created estimates into DASH Accounting.
- Once trained, assist with drafting and auditing estimates and prelims.
Estimator Support
- Submit estimates to adjusters.
- Follow up on estimate approvals and payment.
- Process revisions.
- After estimate approval, notate, & send a job task to Accounting to invoice in DASH.
- Confirm payment has been received before final delivery.
Contents Track / ClaimXperience
- Assist insureds with logging into and using ClaimXperience or Contents Track.
- Review additional Total Loss (TL) items and submit them to the adjuster.
- Assist in reviewing information in Contents Track.
Scheduling & Timeline Management
- Support PMs with coordinating subcontractor communication or scheduling.
- Maintain the department calendar and ensure accurate timelines.
- Track cleaning and pack-back schedules to ensure production stays on track.
- Coordinate with the PM and Director to assign daily tasks.
- Help coordinate vehicle repairs when needed.
Job Costing & Accounting
- Assist with tracking job costing details.
- Apply Labor & Material Job Costing to DASH.
- Help complete Concur reports for department credit card charges.
Daily Assignment Sheet
- Monitor Daily Assignment Sheet records and confirm job status accuracy.
- Ensure new jobs are entered properly and reflect current production status.
TPA Compliance
- Assist with weekly TPA updates for Alacrity, Sedgwick, and Lionsbridge.
- Submit estimates to TPAs and help maintain compliance across all assigned jobs.
Vehicle Support
- Assist with tracking and scheduling vehicle maintenance as needed.
Office Tasks
- Keep the office clean and organized.
- Take out trash daily.
On-Call
- Participate in the on-call rotation one week per month.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Restoration/Renovation/Construction/Trade Coordination experience (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Xactimate estimation software and tools.
- Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of technology/computers.
- Must have Valid Drivers' License
Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
